Service scope

HomeBenefit OS provides educational information, planning tools, content, and expert-session access for employer-sponsored housing readiness programs. It is not a mortgage brokerage, real-estate brokerage, law firm, tax practice, or individualized financial advisory service.

Accounts and organization access

Access may be provided through demo sessions, work-email sign-in, or employer-issued invite links. Users are responsible for using accurate information and maintaining control of the devices and inboxes used to access the product.

Organizations are responsible for how they distribute access within their workforce. We may suspend or remove access if account use appears unauthorized, abusive, or inconsistent with the intended benefit workflow.

Educational use only

Calculator outputs, readiness scores, content, and expert sessions are intended to support education and planning. They do not replace professional legal, tax, lending, or individualized financial advice.

Users remain responsible for verifying assumptions, fees, program eligibility, and provider information before acting on any output or recommendation.

Acceptable use

• - do not bypass role-based or organization-based access controls
• - do not misuse invite links, demo roles, or sign-in flows
• - do not upload or submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content
• - do not interfere with the service or probe it for vulnerabilities
• - do not use the service to steer employees into undisclosed provider arrangements

Expert sessions and third-party material

Experts participate in an educational capacity. Their participation does not create an agency, client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship with any user.

The product may link to external program sources or third-party services. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their separate content, availability, or terms.

Availability, changes, and responsibility

We may update, refine, suspend, or remove features as the product evolves. The service is provided on an as-available basis and may change over time.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, users and organizations are responsible for their own decisions, workflows, and downstream transactions. HomeBenefit OS is not responsible for independent housing, financing, or provider outcomes outside the product.
